CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation is important to us and timed specifically for you.
Our stylists are on commission therefore last minute cancellations or reschedules result in a loss of income for our stylists and our small business.

We require a 24 hour notice from your appointment time if you choose to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel / miss your appointment or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled time a 50% charge of your total service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
